the personnel was very helpful and amiable - we had some questions about everything and they helped with them. the room was reasonably large and cosy with an ironing set, coffee/tea making machines, and tv. we had a garden view.

Everything was simply amazing. We appreciated the hotel, it was lovely and had ideal location just next door to Frascati as well as town center. The staff was gentle, the room was cozy and quiet for a value b & b.

The rooms at Princess B&B Frascati are absolutely lovely. I stayed in a double room that had a private entrance and a stunning view. The air conditioning was a game-changer, keeping me cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The bed was super cozy, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. it felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I found the flat-screen TV in the room a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just me.

Who needs sidewalks or pavements anyway? It's so exhilarating to dodge traffic while walking to town.

Helpful and attentive host. Clean and quiet room and kitchen. Many breakfast options, mainly sweet Italian. Ideal location for car trip stopover, walking distance to city center and park. Top-notch self-service breakfast room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean room. Comfortably located near main square. Nice choice of breakfast food.

Additionally, the location was convenient, with the main square of Frascati just a short 7-8 minute walk away.
While the B&B had many positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks. there was no 24-hour front desk, despite what was mentioned on the website.
